How long does it take to ship the roses?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free-shipping to USA.


All Preserved Roses are eligible to ship to U.S.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items 


Additional Information & Fraud Verification


Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. Our team will notify the customer by email for any orders that are flagged in our system.


How Do I Check the Status of My Order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For any issues with your order status please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


How long does it take to receive my order? 


Usually the item will be delivered within 3–7 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment.  Delivery time may vary depends on different areas in USA.

Return Policy:

Under what circumstances can I return the product?

  1. Damage: If the product is damaged upon receipt, you can contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product, and provide a picture of the damaged product and a label image of the outer box. After confirming the damage after verification , we can arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.


  1. Lost: If you do not receive your package or it was lost in transiting, you can also contact our customer service team to help you resend or refund.


Note: Except for the above circumstances, we do not accept order cancellation or modification for the time being. Please check your name, address and order information carefully before paying to ensure that you can receive the goods on time.
